Oak, time, and patience.
Matanuska's barrel-aging program began with its 2021 vintages and maintains more than fifty barrels of specialty high-gravity beer. The archive uses vessels that previously held bourbon, rye whiskey, rum, brandy, wine, and other spirits.
This page preserves the published release history. It does not mean this vintage is currently available for sale or on tap.
